So this post is a bit out of the ordinary - not a typical family holiday memory post.  Instead, it's focused around the other 1/2 of my life - work.  I've realized over the past couple of months that there are very very few people who really know what it is that I actually do every day.  And by very few I mean pretty much my co-workers!  So, since I am at a point that my team and I have some great things to show for all of our work - it might be a good time to give some insight to those who care to know what my work life is all about.

I'll try to keep this as short of an explanation as possible.  Pretty much, Neutron Interactive hired me to develop and run a recruiting division of their company about a year and a half ago.  Last summer, we had started a partnership with a company in Provo called EnticeLabs.  In September, we bought the company, merged their technologies and some of their best employees, and today, we operate as a separate division of Neutron Interactive.  We have spent that last 6 months figuring out the vision moving forward and thanks to my talented team of developers, we have built some technologies that are pretty amazing. I'll stop with my explanation and just post some info that will give some better insight.  So here it is - my life's work recently :)

This is our promo video that gives an overview of our product Talentbase (don't worry it's only 60 seconds)....

Here are a few pics of me and my team at the conference we recently exhibited at, this last week in San Deigo....

And here is our updated website that tells a bit more about who we are .....
